General Manager / Additional General Manager - (Industrial Chemicals Marketing) - MP (216)

MP - 216 General Manager / Additional General Manager - (Industrial Chemicals Marketing) Incumbent should be a B.E.(Chemical) preferably with MBA (Marketing) / other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University. Around 21 to 25 years of Marketing in one of the major Chemical, Petro-chemical Companies in India, out of which 07 to 10 years at Senior Level in Marketing of Various Chemicals. Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates.
Exposure in IT Skills is essential.
Role :
Address the strategic business objectives through proactive Marketing Policies in the company to achieve Sales, Marketing and Business Developments targets for all Industrial Products (like TDI,Aniline,Formic acid,Acetic Acid, Methanol, Ethyle Acetate, CNA,WNA, Technical Grade Urea etc.) of all over India & Overseas.
Responsibilities :
  1. Contribute towards development of the Long, Medium and Short term strategic plans.
  2. Direct the development of progressive Marketing policies in accordance with the growing needs of the business and for increasing operational efficiencies.
  3. Formulating and implementing Marketing policies/practices in accordance with the strategy determined by the Management.
  4. Develop and monitor Marketing Budgets.
Personal Skills :
  1. In-depth awareness of Domestic as well as International trade practices, Import / Export policy of various Petro-Chemicals, and Pricing of commodities/Chemicals.
  2. Total awareness with Globle market scenario.
  3. Well versed knowledge of relevant WTO policies, Anti-dumping duties, EPCG Licenses & other export promotional Schemes.
  4. Should have in-depth knowledge of Chemical / Petro-chemical market, especially products like TDI,Aniline,Formic acid,Acetic Acid, Methanol, Ethyle Acetate, CNA, WNA, Technical Grade Urea etc.
  5. Conversant with supply trends of Chemicals world-over as well as expert in making policies / strategies for aggressive marketing.
  6. Should able to do pricing of product and have ability to analyze variance of pricing components.
  7. Should aware of Market intelligence team.
  8. Possess strong negotiation skills.
  9. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
  10. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, including dealing with Dept. of Chemicals & Petro-chemicals (GoI).
  12. Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.

Chief Manager / Senior Manager - (Industrial Chemicals Marketing) - MP (217)

Around 16 to 20 years of Marketing in one of the major Chemical, Petro-chemical Companies in India, out of which 03 to 05 years at Middle/ Senior management Level in Marketing of Various Chemicals Around 40 - 45 years. Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates.

Eligibility Criteria :
The incumbent should have Min. 3 years post qualification experience in the areas of Finance and Accounts of large industrial organization.
He should be capable of the following :
  1. Well conversant with computer literacy preferably MS Offices and Accounting Software.
  2. Experience of Working on ERP / SAP platform is preferable.
  3. Well versed with basic accounting knowledge pertaining to different aspect like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger Scrutiny, Inventory Accounting etc.
  4. To pass all types of bills, claims including foreign bills.
  5. To maintain all documents , records, registers as per requirements of Internal/Statutory audits / Govt.
