Additional General Manager - Finance (On Long Term Contract) - MP(220)

MP - 220 Additional General Manager - Finance (On Long Term Contract) Chartered Accountant (CA) Approx 18 years of Post Qualification Experience (excluding Traineeship, Internship etc.)

Age:
Around 47 to 50 years
Commensurate with qualification & experience
Eligibility Criteria :
Role:To lead, direct and control financial management in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilties:
  1. Monitor & Preparation of Budget and Business Plan.
  2. Monitor and ensure timely closure of accounts.
  3. Ensure regular and timely collection of revenues.
  4. Ensure statutory compliances w.r.t. GST etc.
  5. Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the Company's financial affairs.
  6. Ensuring compliances to all taxation matters & banking matters as per prevailing laws.
Personal Skills:
  1. Meet the requirement for a commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate both strategic and operational levels.
  2. Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
  3. Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.
  4. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
  5. High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
  6. Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business.
  7. Knowledge of Treasury management will be added advantage.
  8. Exposure to SAP System.
Note :
  1. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy and having exposure of SAP.
  2. Knowledge of Gujarati will be preferred.
  3. Candidate shall be put on RENEWABLE LONG TERM CONTRACT, based on performance of candidate & requirement of Company.
